Crumbs
Beer from bread?
Don’t worry, it still tastes like delicious beer! We collect unsold artisan bread from a network of local bakers and use it to replace the malt in the brew.
Each beer is brewed using a different loaf. The character of the bread comes through in the brew, from a zesty pale ale made with sourdough to a dark ruby ale made with rye bread.
