We’re Hiring – Sales Roles in the Drinks Industry

Following the acquisition of Ridgeway Brewing and our new partnership with Crumbs Brewing along with other beer & drinks brands, Crafty Brewing is growing fast. We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced salespeople to join our team. We brew award-winning beers and supply a diverse range of products to customers across the UK and beyond.

We have 4 possible openings, salary will depend on experience. 

Regional Sales Exec £24-£27K + Bonus / Commission


1-3 years of experience working in trade sales for a brewery, drinks wholesaler or other business selling to on and off trade.

Knowledge and understand of both traditional and craft markets and key customers

Relationships with buyers in the on and off trade within the South East (Ideally including Surrey, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex and South West London).

Regional Sales Manager £28 – £35K + Bonus / Commission

3-5 years of experience working in trade sales for a brewery, drinks wholesaler or other business selling to on and off trade.

Proven track record of developing new leads and opportunities. 

Knowledge and understand of both traditional and craft markets and key customers

Relationships with buyers in the on and off trade within the South East (Ideally including Surrey, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex and South West London).



National Sales Manager £30 – £35K + Bonus / Commission

3-5 years of experience working in trade sales for a brewery, drinks wholesaler or other business selling to on and off trade.

Proven track record of developing new leads and opportunities. 

Knowledge and understand of both traditional and craft markets and key customers

Relationships with buyers in the on and off trade within the South East (Ideally including Surrey, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex and South West London).

Relationships with key buyers at pub groups, multiple retailers, drinks wholesalers, restaurants and other hospitality groups. 

Desirable to have experience of export market 


Sales Director £40 – £48K + Bonus / CommisSion


Experience managing a sales team & formulating sales strategy for a brewery, beer brand or beer wholesaler. 

Proven track record of developing new leads and opportunities. 

Relationships with buyers in the on and off trade within the South East (Ideally including Surrey, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex and South West London).

Relationships with key buyers at pub groups, multiple retailers, drinks wholesalers, restaurants and other hospitality groups.

Relationships with key buyers for the export market.
