A crisp, well-defined aroma leads with restrained fruit character. On the palate, it’s firm and assertively bitter, driven by a pronounced dryness. Subtle layers of orchard fruit and a hint of almond run beneath a bright, clearly etched grapefruit bitterness. The dry finish is long and persistent , carrying touches of dried fruit and a gentle, warming strength.
